Four-bed, detached, Dungarvan – €545,000

Approached via electric gates and up a tarmac driveway, this four-bed spans a roomy 325 m² and is set over three floors.  Near Dungarvan Village, which is about a 20-minute drive from Kilkenny city, this is a well-connected home that still lets you live a quiet countryside life.

When you walk in, you’re met with a hallway that’s in good nick with the bright living room with a dual aspect on the left. To the back of the house sits the kitchen/dining and living room area, which feels particularly roomy thanks to the mezzanine that hangs over the lounge space. There’s also a separate utility room and direct access to the patio.

One of the bedrooms also lives on this floor and it has an en suite. Three double bedrooms are on the first floor, two of which have en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The top floor space would make a great home office or gym.
