This week, we’re looking at properties around Dublin with an asking price of exactly €350,000 – including family homes in the north and south of the city.
Liberties – Two-bed terrace
On a quiet street in the bustling Liberties neighbourhood, 10 Spitalfields couldn’t be more convenient for cafes, shops and nightlife. It’s a compact home with an unusual roof terrace that creates a unique outdoor space, facing south west to catch the sun all day.
