EACH WEEK, WE find a number of homes that are all within a similar price range, to give you an idea of the property landscape at the moment.
This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Kerry for under €500,000. Three detached homes and one semi-detached home make it on the list this time, including a five-bed in touristy Dingle and a four-bed in picturesque Kenmare.
This bungalow that sits on over half an acre makes great use of the attic and the natural light. A three bed, 2 Carragh Village is one of five detached homes as part of a small development. The kitchen is relatively new and is fitted with high-end integrated appliances.
Two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes share the family bathroom. The attic space is home to the master bedroom that has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The small town of Killorglin is less than a kilometre away and Glenbeigh and Rossbeigh beaches are five minutes by car.
Standing close to the popular tourist town of Dingle, 37 Cnoc an Cairn is a short stroll from a host of amenities and services that are needed to support a busy family life. Each room in this home is bright and spacious and a trip upstairs to the bedrooms will present views of rolling hills in the distance.
The sale includes almost all furnishings, which is a great start for any first-time buyer. Downstairs there’s an entrance porch that leads to the hallway, living room and open floor kitchen and dining room. There’s also the bonus of a separate utility room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, while the third is in the attic space and has an en suite bathroom.
